Hello everybody…..

Congratulations for those names that successfully listed on SEATRU VOLUNTEER PROGRAM SCHEDULE for 2010. Just to remind here that you have 2 weeks from this date to send your complete registration form and pre-payment of RM 200.00. Foreigners are required to pay the full amount of USD250 (USD150 for students) as their
pre-payment. You can send us a cheque in Malaysian Ringgit. We normally put the rate at
3.5.  At the moment, the university is not accepting bank transfer. For students, please send together your copy of STUDENT ID card with your registration form.

Those thats their name already listed on the schedule but still did not receive any email from , please email to I will send an email to you regarding with your registration…

    My friend actually sent an email to you on the 14th of Feb to book for 3 of us for slot M.
    We’re disappointed to see that the slot is now fully booked eventhough we tried our best to book the slot as early as possible. We also did not receive any reply from your side.
    Hopefully we can have some clarification?

    Hi Sook,

    Its not only your friends that send an email to us on 14 february. We receive more than 200 of emails after 2 hours we open for the registration. . It’s impossible for us to reply each email that we get for the volunteer slots bookings. Hope you can understand. That’s why we upload at our website that the RESULT for the successfull booking slots will be uploaded on 22/02/10.

    I’ve been trying to book slot for our group since last year, unfortunately…it was fully booked. This year it looks like same as last year, but most of the names are still not confirmed until they make the payments. So, can you slot in eight of us for either May 22-29 or Sept 18-25, if in case they cancel their booking? Your cooperation are highly appreciated. Thank you.

    Thanks for web site link from your reply mail. I had been check the schedule , i find out that got 3 person on pre-registration status on 3/7/10- 10/7/10, so today i just fax me ( Chan Yew Khoon ) and my friend ( Lee Kim Loong ) register form to you, could you please slot us in if there withraw or i don”t mind to made a payment now. Thanks
