Each slot runs from SATURDAY to the following SATURDAY (inclusive). Volunteers can choose any one week shift from the time-table given below. However, availability of the slot of choice is on a first-come-first-served basis. Each slot is limited to a maximum of Eight (8) participants only.
How to book
To book a slot, check its availability in the schedule below, then quickly send an email to email@example.com to book the slot. Once you see your name appear on the pre-registration column on the schedule, you will be given 2 weeks to confirm your booking by making the pre-payment of RM300 and returning the completed Registration Form (PDF) to us.
Foreigners will be required to pay the full amount of USD300 (USD200 for students) as their pre-payment (adding another USD50 if booking is under priority booking). If you fail to confirm your booking within this duration, your name will be removed to give others the chance to come. If you have made your pre-payment but are unable to come, please make it a point to let us know in advance as there are many waiting for a free slot. The pre-payment made is not refundable, but will be used to support our turtle conservation projects.
